Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancelled at least 24 hours before your session: full refund, or a free reschedule.
• Cancelled within 24 hours of the session, or if you do not join: no refund, because the listener's time is reserved.
• If we cancel, the listener is unavailable, or a technical fault on our platform stops the session: a full refund or a new slot, your choice.
• Payment taken but no booking confirmed: refunded automatically.

Refunds go to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days. To ask, write to info@friendyouneed.com with your booking reference.
